Hereby we would like to introduce our window and balcony door production principles and materials which will guarantee the longevity of our products for many years.

While producing the timber and timber-aluminum windows and balcony doors of Kalesy, the technical requirements worked out in Europe for the given type of window are closely followed. All the required materials are used to guarantee the best stability of the windows and long-term resistance to the climate. Changing these materials for the lower quality ones or not using them at all enables Producer Company to save money, but for clients it means that windows will not last as long as they have been expected to and you possibly get bigger heating bills. You will probably need to replace the windows within a few years.

Kalesy has been worked out a new window profile, which helps to guarantee that the windows are highly thermal and soundproof. Also, on the lower horizontal surfaces we use new click-removable aluminum weatherproof water drips that are especially easy to change in case they are damaged during construction work or use.

We use German producer Remmers water-based impregnating agents to stop timber pests, moulding and to attach body color better on timber. Also, we use only special Remmers water-based breathing and elastic body colors that do not peel off from the timber and guarantee the long life of timber windows.

Also, a compensation sealing has been installed on all windows between pane frame and glass, which avoids the formation of cracks in glass as a result of expanding window materials. The given sealing improves also the thermal and soundproof qualities of the window.

NB! The full guarantee is not provided for windows and balcony doors made of finger-jointed laminated pine timber (or any other conifer) that has their external sides painted up with dark colors.
